If only I could give me a no star.. shame that Google has a minimum of 1 star, they don’t really deserve the one star.I made a mistake of subscribing to them as they were cheap and open 24 hours. Turns out cheap has a price. Keep aside the fact that you end up paying for everything, from water to locker to the air you breath, what’s worst is when you want to cancel your membership.Good luck doing it through phone or email, and going in person, they will keep giving you excuses to being not able to cancel now and come later. Had to change my card to avoid payments.Few months later (though in April 2020 I clearly told them to cancel my membership through email) I get a legal notice of late payments as they automatically renewed my membership without my consent. I still said fine, let me pay and get rid of the whole experience, turns out they need my card and PIN number as they don’t accept cash or Swiping card (or Apple Pay)…I decided not to pay and take it to Dubai Police as I don’t trust them at all.If you think of joining their gym, a piece of advice, don’t … pay more to a different gym and enjoy their facilities because you will end up paying more than a 5 star hotel gym (for rubbish facilities) … if you still insist on joining them, first GOOD LUCK, second, make sure you take a lawyer with you when signing the membership application, you will need one..I’ve dealt with many rubbish organizations but GymNation easily beats them all.. no wonder they membership is 99 dirhams … cheapness comes with a hefty price.

Great gym! They have everything you need! Very spacious and separated sections for Cardio, Fight, Functional training, different classes and they also have a Ladies only area.

Very nice big gym!Works 24 houers. Many equipment, seperate hall for yoga and fitness. Modern design, nice staff. Separate bar with protein cocktails and other healthy food.

While the gym has a pretty extensive equipment arsenal, on top of a functional training area and some pretty decent group classes.During these times of covid, equipment isnt wiped down or sanitized by the patrons or staffThe free weights are always a mess and never in their right place which is rude and disrespectful I feelAs for the locker room, it is a bit dated and not the cleanest you have to buy a lock to lock your locker as opposed to other gym brands that have pin protected doorsIf you have an annual contract, that does not give you access to one of their HIIT classes (Blitz) for free which doesnt make sense.Overall the gym is decent for its price point. They have a great cafe with calorie conscious food and smoothies

Customer service continues to disappoint. They may advertise that they are the cheapest gym in the UAE and the is theoretically true but you will face horrible customer service with no flexibility whatsoever. Lets face it. No one really stays in Dubai all year round and when pitching you the one year plan they fail to explain that whenever you are out of the country for vacation or business etc. you wont be able to freeze your membership and will have to continue paying the fee. Yes they might look like the cheapest option but at the end of the day they really arent in the long run and other gyms probably have better prices overall in the long run.On top of everything the gym is always packed with no one maintaining distance and access to machines and squat racks is usually difficult and a good 5 min wait on a good day. Enough to disrupt your entire routine.Wont recommend this administrative hassle to anyone, there are superior options, please do your research before choosing GymNation. I wont be renewing my membership here. What a scam.

The gym itself is relatively tidy however it could have more attention to detail from cleaning staff with tissue papers being left in all cup holders on the machines for days on end, along with many missing dumbbell sets. The toilets could be attended to a little better. However that being said, the gym itself is large and is a good environment to train in.The staff in Al Quoz facility are very friendly.Jamila at the front desk is always welcoming, smiling and is first point of contact to the members. She is exceptionally helpful from personal experiences and from what Ive seen.Nick on sales is very polite, professional and welcoming - Another exceptional member of your team.Overall a good facility and great staff in Al Quoz. 3 stars is just down to the cleanliness overall.Would recommend.

A very nice place in which there is nothing a person needs for training. A large hall for training, as well as a large and tidy place for boxing training. It contains all the necessary tools for boxing training and I love it very much. As for the cleanliness, the place is very clean, as for the receptions.There is a very nice lady who greeting me, she answered all my questions and also solved the problem of the card that does not work for me, I salute her from here. I forgot her name but she was working yesterday from 13:10 pm to 15:10

I went there for the first time to have a look and an idea about the gym, but it turned out to be the worst experience I had in a gym due to their untrained and very unprofessional staff. 1) They need to train the staff on how to listen to the customer without any interruption 2) The staff should be also trained on how to find solutions for their customers if there is any problem, specially if the customer is new and that comes after listening to the customer till the end.They have a large area and a wide range of equipment with a nice distribution, but unfortunately this isn’t enough if they don’t have the right service and the well trained staff.

I am very satisfied with the gym amenities and services! It’s a true real gym with no fancy fashion environment 🔥Always enjoy my visits and not going to cancel my membership.High quality equipment and all the people are really focused on working out not on each other 🤣

I am one of founder members who signed up for Abu dhabi in just before pandemic early 2020. I started using my membership from December 2020 and have been paying all months regularly using auto payment on my card. While I was away on my vacation in mid July my bank blocked my card as a response to another fraudulent transaction attempt leading to failed payment to gymnation for month of July. When I returned back from vacation I was surprised to see threat messages from gymnation. No one bothered to call and ask. It looked like as if I have borrowed money from them which I havent paid. But that was not the case. Really upset and looking forward to cancel my so called forced contract on or befor completion. Moreover they need you to submit either one of documents for cancellation which is mandatory... Either new rent contract far away 30kms or doctors letter or cancelled visa and flight ticket or redundancy letter. I mean why should I have to go through this its my decision whether to continue or cancel based on my experience how can somebody force me. It is so difficult to visit gymnation as there is limited parking in mall followed by appointment to be booked in advance where time slots are not available.(Threat message) Dear Member, Final Notice: Please note that your account is overdue. If the payment is not made immediately, you may face a potential legal action including, travel and/or immigration issues. The payment history may also be included in credit report of Al Etihad Credit Bureau (AECB), which could negatively impact your credit score and chances to secure loans or credit cards.

They are not flexible to move the membership or cancel itAnd most of all treatment was so unprofessional. Once you join a type of a short term membership and they get your credit card information they would auto renew your membership without informing you. Then it is difficult to contact them since no email nor contact number available on their website. I advise you to find another trust worthy gym. One day I hope this gym would close down soon. Such misleading practices need to vanish

My membership was done in june 2021 and since they have my card details, they outright charged 4 month payment on my card. Maybe it was a mistake, but up to now, no refunds were made and no communication, I tried reaching out via instagram, whatsapp and email, no one seems to care since they got the money. too bad. I will never recommend this gym to any body.

One of worst experience, once you request to cancel the membership providing them required documents, the Gym admin keep asking additional proofs and sends messages to pay.Please dont sign-up for yearly contract once in there is no way out. the way they market is exactly opposite to actual customer experience.

Becarefull, they are not clear with T&Cs about membership canceling or freezing, they just want you to pay, then they dont care about you if benefitted or not.They had alot of corona cases wich made me afraid to visit for many months and I tried to freeze my account but they did not accept so I stopped my card payments.When i had the vaccine and want to comeback to gym, they requested all pending payments of each month i wasnt visiting!!! The cancelation policy is soo bad. At the time of joining they were not clear about the cancelation policy. Once cancelled they are chasing for different charges. When people cancel the membership because of job loss they said they wouldnt charge cancellations. However they charged me two months fee. Rediculous. They are only interested in collecting the fee and charging unnecessarily. There is no transperancy. I will never recomend this gym to anyone. And i would suggest you guys to do a very deep study before joining the gym so that you wont end up loosing your hard earned money. Pathetic.

Please do not join and waste your time and money.it’s a shame that they haunt you for payments even though you leave the gym.I had sent them a message that I was infected with covid19 from the same gym on 02nd Feb 2021 with no response.Upon visiting them after isolation period on 14th Feb, I gave them the reason to leave the gym because of health issues.I was told to serve a notice of 30days which was some thing unusual. They had already charged my credit card on 27th Jan as an advance payment (AED 199) for the month of FEB.Now after 6 months I have been sent a legal notice by a collection company based in Ajman threating for a legal case.Does this seems right as a customer can we not change jobs and shift houses and shift our workout places?This is a very wrong way of doing business where you only chase your money and customer service is totally unsatisfactory.All the best.

If there is negative star here, I would rate this Gymnation negative. Beware of their 1 year contract, if you will not keep track of your monthly payment. They will take advantage of you. I wanted to cancel Subscription, but instead of hearing me out. They continue to send me wrong billing statements and telling me I have not yet finish my contract, when in fact I finish it already. Call me if you dont want further negative reviews on other online platform! VERY EXPLOITATIVE of you.

Its a Scam gym!! I finished my 1 yr (2018) subscription n decided to cancel it n change gym. They kept on charging me for 6 months extra and when i call them they either don’t answer or rudely say i didn’t cancel my membership, now 3 yrs later a very rude woman calls me every other day shouting n threatening me because of this gym and she wants to collect money. “Best gym” what a scam.

Its a huge gym with a lot of equipment.There are specific zones for each activity - cardio zone, free weights zone, boxing area, area for classes, even ladies only zone. I loved the ambience and all the inspiring sporty quotes which you find on the mirrors and walls. Very pleasant atmosphere and people around (staff and gym clients)Definitely, I would recommend everyone to join GymNation family!

Cool gym in Al Serkal Avenue. A lots of facilities and different zones. Digital studios for virtual classes, always open and free. A lot of space and good vibes. Love the interior and variation of machines.

I am compelled to write this review to highlight the shortcomings of this gym so that others like me will not be dissapointed.Sumeda Niroshan scheduled a Muay Thai class for my 13yo son who was extremely excited and looking forward to attend. However, when we were there, Sumeda told us that the class was cancelled at the last moment. We understand that things like this can happen but it is entirely not acceptable to not inform participants when it happens.Seeing that something as simple as this can go so horribly wrong, i highly doubt that they can do anything else better. Besides there are so many highly rated Gyms around the same area. I will certainly be taking my business else where and not recommend this establishment to anyone.Its a shame really as we were told that the instructor Jason is excellent and comes highly recommended but alas.

Worst customer service. This company is an absolute scam. All is good until you want to cancel their membership. They don’t respond when you call them or email them. they will say visit the branch and they will assist you, well they don’t, once you are there the receptionist will not bother to answer any of your queries and will say we will email you/call you back, which they never do. They will keep charging you every month and not cancel your contract. Never ever sign a contract with this fraud company. Makes me laugh when they say they are the best gym in the UAE. Have some shame, you can’t rob people of their money.

I was planning to join gymnation but good I came here and read the reviews. Every 2nd customer have a bad experience. Brands cannot be built like this. Horrible. No matter how good your gym services are but with these kind of reviews it is going on a path of disaster.

Today I started my day in a very good way! Ive been to Gym Nation. The staff there is very friendly, polite and welcoming. They are well prepared and the coach is pushing you above your limit. Ill come back for sure.Super tidy !

Firsr Gym always crowded, the only important is as many people as possible.They don’t provide padlocks and don’t have the cameras in locker rooms so my money was stolen from my wallet and on top of that they tried to convince me I have dropped it somewhere. Clients in there are not tidy, sweat everywhere, weight never on it’s place and often people smell badly. And so on..

The worst gym you can deal with when it comes to payments, they will do anything just to keep taking money. I asked for an upgrade to access all branches and explicitly asked that this will be for same year contract and they confirmed that but then started a new full year membership without informing me. In addition the gym is always over crowded because they just care about getting money and nothing else matters. Pay some extra money and don’t go through this headache!!

Extremely disappointed by their professionalism. Every month debiting the fee X 4 times. And no one from the accounts will get back. Please stop over charging and cancel my membership... its been 3 months the same is happening to me and whenever register a complaint on the reception no one takes heed to call back, nor resolve the problem.

Not the greatest experience at this gym. Customer service is extremely poor via phone calls and in person at the front desk. Employees look for the easiest way out of situations, regardless if they’ve solved any problems or not in terms of your overall experience at the gym. Almost every time I went to this gym my card wouldn’t work and the employee actually had the audacity to tell me that I hadn’t payed my fees (extremely rude and most certainly dishonest). Gym is quite crowded at times which is to be expected but I’ve often tripped over dumbbells and equipment that isn’t where it should be. Overall I can’t say I’d recommend this place and finally they require you to tell them a month before when you leave the gym. This is not a school or a job everyone, this is simply a gym and these requirements resemble nothing but a pathetic cash grab, so please steer clear and try somewhere like warehouse or another decent gym.

This is worst and horrible experience with GymNation as I did the worst mistake by taking the membership with al quoz branch, they act like thief’s, I have requested for cancellation of my membership and they don’t reply my calls or emails, even after submission of valid documents they deduct the money.initially they call 100 times to opt the membership after that we have to beg to contact them. Due to the lower back injury I could not work out. I provided my medical report as a proof of my strained back. Report clearly stated my doctor’s remarks that my condition is over 3 months old but gym nation won’t cancel my membership.

I used to like this gym, but after what they did I will never recommend this gym to anyone.I have an agreement with gymnation for 12 months contract, when I finished my 12 months they kept charging my credit card so I asked why I was charged as I dont want to continue, they mentioned that I didnt inform them that Im going to stop my membership, and I said that I have a contract for 12 months only and they should stop that automatically. They refused to refund the last payment as this would be my notice period and that was funny as they are going to get a suitable replacement 🙄.You should stop fooling people by stealing their money.

Very big gym, new equipment, dancing, fighting and other classes, it has an exclusive area for women only, a cafe that offers light and delicious meals. Amazing!

(Posted this on May 2021) joined GymNation more then a year ago, due to other commitments haven’t been able to visit the gym since September. However the intention of getting back was still there and So hadn’t cancelled my gym membership. Recently I’ve had to cancel my card under which my membership fees were getting deducted, I was approached by GymNation over what’s app that payments weren’t going through, and explained them I’ll be joining back. However due to commitments couldn’t and tried contacting GymNation to settle my account & (Over calls and what’s app) to close my account as I am moving to Abu Dhabi this week and cannot join,but no response. On top of that I get a separate message saying they tried contacting me several times (which they did only once) and have charged me an additional 200dhs. When I’ve been trying to contact them to close the matter. Looks like this gym is more focused on the money now.- 4 months later (August) And I have now even paid my fees since it’s such a struggle to close my account. Their Credit team even called me to settle my dues which I gave up and paid. And guess what? I am still being charged the membership fees are getting confirmation that it’s cancelled. Now their not responding and are basically “stealing” money from me.For anyone wishing to get their money back, I recommend calling consumers rights and filling a complaint as you’ll never finish dealing Gymnation.

This gym is Trash dont ever join their gym they will go and lock you In their contract even though I moved out and will send the recollection agency to harass you without replying to your phone calls or emails. They are the absolute worst dont join at all

Their equipment, layout and reception staff are great and deserve 5 starts.However their cancellation service and trying to reach them per phone/email are a definite 1*.Tried to deduct again after I had already cancelled with their staff directly in my designated branch.Yet, they cant be trusted to actually cancel properly.Poor service and left me with a bad taste.I actually did want to return back to their branch after a while, however witnessing this type of negative encounters I have my doubts.

This gym is fantastic!! So many pieces of equipment that are in a very good condition and staff properly maintain it and clean every time a person uses it. The music in the gym also amazing, motivates you to work out hard. I noticed they have big free weights section too. I am happy with this gym.

I have completed my 1 yr contract. very unresponsive to emails. i am trying to cancel my membership. sent my request last march 28 and they replied on march 31 that they will cancel but i was still charged for month of april and may. I emailed again and still no reply. went to the branch and they told me to just send email. not helpful at all. at least give me a phone number so I could talk to someone.

This gym is amazing. Staff is very funny and welcoming. The facilities are all so clean and as per covid 19 standards. It makes sense and gives you a lot of motivation working out there.Lots of space in this gym. So many facilities and materials. Love it!!

Large gym. Loads of equipment. Not much waiting time between using equipment. Separate gym for ladies also if they want. Music was good and not too loud. Lots of trainers around to help. Nice coffee shop for pre and post work out meals or shakes and reasonably priced :)

Extremely Unprofessional and mannerless team, they have no sense at all to deal with visitors. We went first time to inquire about the membership following the google map there was no proper guideline for entrance. Anyway after seeking help from a showroom downstairs we entered using staircase After finding a staff we reached reception but some staff came and started misbehaving when we cleared him that the staircase was open even someone was standing there in staircase was busy on phone and we just need information as planning to switch current gym but he was not ready to listen even started threatening to call police. Anyway they are cheapest, not in price but in quality and attitude.

Jude Cannot handle properly a complain. He brought to me the 2 indian guys in front of me, when i explain to Jude the 2 indian is interrupting and threaten me couple of times on 30th Aug. This is not what i expected, he should atleast get my side without the 2 other customers, is just super mad and he just told if i raised a complain get to my manager is that a really solution? i never heard from him saying sorry for what happened. I asked to review the cctv as the 2 customers were super abusive to me. The other medium build guy is pointing the middle finger on me.

I signed with gymnation downtown as it was going to open to Quarter 1 of 2021 and it is Q3 and it still didnt open and no1 answers on Instagram or on WhatsApp, this is the worst gym I have ever dealt with.0 professionalism

Once the auto payment is activated for your membership, if you cancelled the membership after first year, they keep charging you. They don’t have a phone number to contact them, they keep saying you will get a refund for the months they charged out of the membership but it never happens. I feel like my CC has been stolen and I have no clue how to stop this scam.When you go there to ask to stop these transactions, once they know that you are not renewing the membership, they keep referring you to someone else who never shows up.If you don’t believe me, check if they have a phone number online.

Let me tell you about how this place works. So I took an annual membership in Jan 2020 which would mean it expired in Jan 2021. I had even stopped using the facility because the cleanliness standards were abysmal.In Jan 2021, I get notified of being charged again and then in Feb again. There is no phone number you can call but just a WhatsApp that never replies to your messages but will send you messages you will be charged a fine etc if you dont clear your dues. What dues?So, I go over 2 days ago and find out that they will auto-renew your subscription without you in person BUT to cancel, you have to show up in person to do so. Fair enough, it may be on the T & Cs sitting somewhere. But get this, they then expect you to give a further 30 day notice which means I get charged in April again before this membership finally ends.So, I am happy that I finally put an end to this. Smart social media marketing and having some guy dressed as a bear and fancy videos dont make for a good customer experience. So, theres that.

Honestly, the best gym I have ever been to! It’s super spacious and everything is well taken care of! You have access to all the machines, equipments and weights, everything is new! The environment motivates you to workout! Totally recommend it! 🤘🏼🔥

The first thing I appreciate here is a great welcome from the reception and they have been very helpful, be it Fawaz, Jamila, Winnie they have all been very friendly and helpful. Other than that the gym is well equipped and always more or less in order. I like the fact that it is possible to refer people and gain free access to the gym since I have worked in sales and I like very much that an effort towards having more members is well appreciated. So happy I found this gym! They have absolutely everything you need for every kind of work out, there’s also a female gym inside for the girls that prefer that!!All the machines are new and you don’t have to fight or wait to use it cuz there’s plenty for everyone! So great!

It’s a spacious gym with various areas, including group boxing set up. Also in a separate room they have group classes, like dancing and yoga. Some of my friends are already members there so I decided to check it out for myself, since it’s close to my house. I like it, will take membership. The prices are great too.

Horrible place ! Over crowded all the time. They ask you to sign-up for a 12-month (1 year) contract, and then you find out that it became a life-time membership and they keep deducting even after the 1-year. When you approach them for clarification, they never respond to emails, phone calls, messages. Not recommended at all !(Visited the reception 3 times already and nothing has been sorted out !)

Gym ambience, set up is all great. Staff was good in the beginning, later on their customer service was too lacking, they try to take your money even after unsubscribing, and its been around three months I have been completing to their staff for the refund amount which they took from my card and theyre really unhelpful and irresponsible. I still havent received my money back. Im not going to this gym again. Such fraud.

The gym has a nice vibe also the stuff are very friendly, especially Winnie she was attentive and understanding. She helped me to freeze the membership and get back without extra charge,always answering the messages and being super polite. Winnie is the best and they should hire more people like her👍

I am a fitness professional and ive tried Almost all gyms in dubai, so this is my honest opinion about the gym! I trained morning time and I loved that the gym is quiet, the lighting in the gym and is great for taking selfies lol 😝 but what I like about the gym most is how spacious it is, and the equipment selection is great, and varies To satisfy everyones needs from bodybuilding, to CrossFit and boxing, cardio area and studios are also great, no waiting time!

Good in equipment but cheap in price, quality, reapect, professionalism. Humiliating staff with no basic etiquettes of dealing with customers. If you can bear humiliation, derogatory behavior from uncouth staff then GYMNATION Al Quoz is all yours. Perhaps, it is worst business point where training of professionalism and etiquettes for staff is more needed than giving fitness training to others. I wish i could have given it minus rating to this worst place on the globe.

Instead of the best gym it should be worst gym in UAE, 1st they wrongly communicated to their customers that it is a one year contract and just to cancel one membership they need more docs than when you are buying a house.You become best gym because of your service or how you treat your customers or ex customers not just putting in tag line.Really disappointed with the service specially in the time of COVID when everyone is fighting their own battles.Just cancel the people’s membership if they cant come due to any reason

The worst customer support ever! Since February I canceled my membership, they deducted my money. Contacted reception in RAK, they said to contact Dubai. Contacted Dubai, they promised to check soon as they reach office. Despite my emails, contacting them directly on reception, trough social media they are still deducting the monthly membership although it was canceled on February and confirmed by their team.Anyone else facing same issues? How did you resolve it? Is it really the only way to get this right to file a complain with authorities?The most disappointing thing is they act careless. Do not even bother to reply or check.Stay away if you want to save your money and nerves!!! Worst customer service!!!

Group class trainers are very supportive. Motivates and gives proper attention. Environment is fab. A place full of positivity. 10/10

Visited for the first time today and loved it! Spacious gym with all the equipment you need! Has a special ladies only section as well, perfect for privacy! Will definitely go back soon 🙂

Guys, be ready to have a long battle when the time will come to cancel your membership! I got my first membership with them in 2018, after year it took another 3 months to cancel the membership, because the staff has very poor communication among each other, they always delay and prolong the cancellation in order to take more time and charge your credit card again and again ... second time I decided to go there because they offered very short term contract for 3 month. 3 month pass and it’s been another 2 month while I’m trying to cancel it ... 😀

I received a call from collection agency, they want to charge me for the membership I havent been using in this coronavirus pandemic , the lady was very rude and unprofessional yelling on the phone and she can barely speak English.Whatever your plan is with this gym I personally dont recommend signing a membership with them .

Terrible Sales team! I left them my number to call me back for registration more than 3 times. Nobody called me for 2 weeks. Just a few days ago I woke up with a phone call at midnight! Guess who is calling ? Such an unprofessional sales team… Best way to lose clients. I visited the gymnation in silicon oasis. It was amazing! Such a big gym with all the equipment plus many classes! There are many deals that they really worth it! If you really want to workout and see the difference in your body this is the place!

I am very thankful to this chain for bringing this level of equipment for affordable price in Dubai 🔥People are really working out and there’s no time for fashion stuff! Not cancelling my membership 🙋🏼‍♀️

I went very late in the evening, and expected it to be quiet. It was pumping, so many people training hard and it made me motivated to train hard too. Loads of gym equipment, and social distancing in place. Will definitely go back!

Visited reception several times to cancel my membership, however it seems very difficult to go through cancellation. Staff there are impolite and unprofessional. They told me that they’re going to call me back, of course no one called.Changing room & washroom were not hygienic specially in Al Quoz branch, felt uncomfortable every time I go to gym. They could’ve been sensitive when just pandemic started. However after sometime people in gym are not following safety protocol, no need to wear mask nor social distancing.I won’t recommend this gym to anyone.

After i had an appointment with their representative and promised with a special Ramadan offer, i went on time not finding neither him nor the offer. The offer prices mentioned in their ads is valid only for 1 month if u can get it. The ladies section is poor and dull. You have to scan a specific ticket to have free parking spot. The lady on the reception not friendly at all.

Been through two yearly contracts with gymnation Al Quoz simply because of their competitive pricing, great overall size, and cleanliness. The front desk staff are well informed and ready to assist.

Your accounts guy Sylvester is not responding to my call and messages, although I went directly to the gym twice to cancel my membership. I dont understand why its difficult to communicate with your accounts team when its about cancellation and very eager and fast to charge you. Very poor customer service experience!

Gym and classes choices are great but customer service is very poor. Its impossible to speak to someone and difficult to stop your membership even with valid medical reason.

The Indian lady in the reception Al quoz she is very unprofessional, rude and arrogant. I misplaced my card for entry for 2 days and she told me she is tired of opening the gate for me. Yet I see her together with her other colleagues opening for other people without any problem. (Why cant the staff of al quoz gym nation treat everyone equal ) She needs customer service training so she may learn on how to deal with customers you cannot tell a client your tired of opening the gate for them and you have been employed to serve the client.THE GYM IS AMAZING BUT SOME OF THE STAFF ARE UNPROFESSIONAL

First time to try this gym and I was surprised if how well equipped it is. It has all the equipment and the classes you need. Oh and I loved the motivational notes on the wall and the snacks at the fuel up so yummy.Definetely coming back.. 💪

They post everywhere that its only 99aed monthly but when you go to join, theyll take 200 (double) from what they posted.They also post that theres no contract but if you want to cancel the membership they bring up new rules and keep on deducting money from your account without ur consent.Very bad experience

Already informed their accounts team to freeze my membership during my vacation, still they charged me for the next month. They even asked for my flight ticket to confirm whether Im travelling or not. No response to emails and messages for a refund. Such an unpleasant experience.

Ive been charged 7 times at a go for this Gym. Bloody cheats. I have activated one of my card now after 2 yrs of not being in the country. As soon as I do that I get AED 129 charged from al Quoz branch when I am already a member of Bur Dubai. And to top it all, theres no number anywhere to report this!!! Someone needs to call me back and transfer my money back. What kind of policy is this of being charged twice?!!
